Description
The water-cooled provision refrigeration are designed and produced by Fair Sky for long service in heavy sea conditions. The water-cooled provision refrigeration unit consists of compressor, oil separator, condenser, receiver, filter,sight glass, shut-off valve, suction line accumulator and control panel.
Two types of unit are available including V-belt drive and semi-hermetic.
The unit is easily connected with air cooler by refrigerant line and control wiring
The twin units are delivered complete with all internal wiring, switchboards and piping, directly ready for use,and painted on require.
Features
● Refrigerant: R404A, R407C, R134A etc.
● Compressor: open or semi-hermetic type.
● Capacity control: step control.
● Condenser: The condenser is a cleanable, shell and tube type, with high efficiency and good corrosion protection.The condenser incorporates a small receiver volume and a sight glass. The shell, tube plates and end covers are steel. For seawater applications, the tube plates and end covers are coated with PVC.
● System valves: Danfoss, reliable and durable.
●Refrigerant filter/drier system is included and provides:
Liquid refrigerant filter/drier with isolation valves.
Liquid line sight glass with moisture indicator.
Refrigerant charging valve.
● High-class painted for marine application.
● Control type: classical control or PLC.
● 380V 50HZ/440V 60Hz, 3 phase.
